We are dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations while continually seeking to improve our Quality Management System.
Established in 1959
Tipco has been providing companies with high-quality and innovative precision tooling products for over 60 years. Tipco started with one manufacturing facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; however, our company now has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the U.S.A., and the U.K.
Tipco manufactures precision tooling products for a diverse range of industries, including the following: automotive; appliances; building supplies; defense; furniture; infrastructure; material handling; medical; and, pharmaceutical.
Tipco’s precision tooling products include the following: punches; die buttons; and, retainers. However, Tipco also provides a wide range of complementary products, including: ejector pins; marking stamps; die springs; nitrogen gas springs; urethane; and, guiding components.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Tipco has a robust and well-documented Quality Management System (Q.M.S.). In addition, the company has a very strict Quality Policy, which includes a commitment to the following principles and policies: eliminating external defects and customer complaints; providing on-time delivery of products; providing a safe working environment; continuously improving processes; and continuously improving employee knowledge and skills through training.
One of Tipco’s key objectives includes “continuous improvement”. As a result, Tipco is continually investing in new and innovative machinery, equipment, information technology, and infrastructure.

Certifications
Tipco’s knowledge and expertise includes working with customers to review and analyze customer tooling requirements; design customer-specific tooling specifications; and, resolve external failure mechanisms. To optimize tooling performance, Tipco also works closely with customers to review and analyze material selection, heat treat requirements, and product coatings.
